The Leap of Faith slide offers the daring and adventurous, a 60 ft. almost-vertical drop from the top of the Mayan Temple, propelling riders at a tremendous speed through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged in a shark-filled lagoon.
On the five-story corkscrew Serpent Slide, guests travel on a tube at high speeds through the darkness of the Temple's core. The twisting and turning ride culminates with a leisurely pass through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged in a shark-filled lagoon. Located at the Mayan Temple.

The Current is a one-mile-long tidal wave river ride with 8-foot high elevations and drops, a whitewater rapids section, and multiple tunnels and caves. Think this is a lazy river? Think again. Giant pulses of water sent into the river system will create 4-foot-tall waves and water capable of moving at a remarkable 30 miles per hour. Faux fire will thrill riders as they enter the tunnels. Guests will be able to spend hours in the water and never have to get off their inner tubes to ride the river and slides. Double tubes carrying two passengers will create shared, thrilling memories.
Lazy River Ride everyone in the family will enjoy the relaxing and scenic
lazy river ride. Sitting in a tube, guests slowly meander around a quarter-mile loop, guided by a gentle current. Located outside the Beach Tower.

Guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the water slides. The pools are open and lifeguards are on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The water slides are open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Children ages 16 and under that are within the pool and beach areas must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Swimming in the lagoon or ocean beyond the buoys and designated marked areas is not allowed.
Wearing shoes, sandals or "aqua socks" is strongly recommended, especially for children of all ages. Guests with visible injuries (i.e. casts, bandages, etc.) are not permitted to ride the slides. Please remove all jewelry, watches and eyewear before riding the slides. Do not place valuables in swimsuit pockets.
Wrist pouches may be purchased at the Towel Huts to secure personal items. Swimwear with zippers, rivets, buttons or metal ornamentation is not allowed on slides. Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride the slides. Most water features are monitored by lifeguards during operating times which are posted at each entrance point. The water features are closed after this time and swimming is not allowed. It is a government regulation that children under 16 years of age that are within pool and beach areas must be accompanied by an adult. |
