Guests enjoy the tranquillity and privacy of one of eight Balinese-style treatment villas, all furnished with teak massage tables, a waterfall shower, day bed and jetted tub in a private open air garden. Following each treatment, guests savour herbal teas and fresh fruit presented in a Japanese Tea Ceremony, a beautiful ritual practiced as a reminder of the spiritual world within.

Bahamian Treatments
For a beautiful and healthy sun-kissed look, experience the sensible way to tan and glow with these skin-enhancing solutions.
Smooth Down Ritual: Begin with the Elemis Musclease Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap, a warming blend of pine and rosemary essential oils that is applied over the whole body before being cocooned in a comforting foil wrap. During a relaxing and soothing face and scalp massage, the active ingredients work to ease arthritis discomfort, fatigue and muscle aches. The wrap is followed by a choice of a 50-minute or 80-minute Sports or Elemis Deep Tissue Muscle Massage.
Ayurvedic Shiro Dhara: Focusing on the “third eye” area located in the centre of the forehead, the therapy clears the mind and promotes deep calm, acting as a gateway to total body rejuvenation. The Shiro Dhara begins with relaxing Ayurvedic stretches, followed by warm, aromatic oil poured onto the forehead in a gentle stream for twenty minutes.
Elemis Soothing Sunburn Treatment: Inspired by a Tahitian recipe, fragrant Coconut and Frangipani flowers are blended together to produce a scented oil called Monoi to help soothe sunburned skin. The oil conditions skin while the body is cocooned in a foil wrap. Skin is then nourished with an application of Elemis Exotic Island Flower Body Balm, followed by a soothing foot massage.
Elemis Sun Glow Ritual: This treatment begins with light body brushing before warmed oil is dripped luxuriously over the body. The gentle Elemis Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow then exfoliates, deeply cleaning and polishing skin to perfection. This treatment promises a radiant sun-kissed look within two to three hours.

More than a massage, these are ceremonies of indulgence – performed in the sanctuary of a spa villa, the privacy of a guest suite, or in an ocean-view cabana. Every massage begins with a Floral Foot Wash, a symbolic cleansing to wash away the world and prepare for total relaxation.

One&Only Massage: Not to be missed, never to be forgotten. In this signature treatment, two therapists anoint the body with a unique blend of five different massage styles – Japanese Shiatsu, Thai, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Swedish and Balinese. The perfect harmonization of the two therapists makes this massage a deliciously sublime experience.
Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy: This therapeutic and relaxing treatment is designed to relieve stiffness and soreness, and restore energy and balance. Smooth, warmed rocks glide across the body in long, flowing strokes. Heat helps to relax the muscles, and has a soothing and comforting effect on emotions. Simultaneously, other rocks are placed on the body's different energy points, the heat penetrating deep within the muscles to melt away tension and restore balance.
Balinese Massage: Relax and float away to a wonderful world of tranquillity. Used for centuries to renew, strengthen and heal the body, this traditional Balinese therapy combines the stretching, long stroke, skin rolling, and palm and thumb pressure techniques commonly used in village massage. A flowing and graceful massage that relieves tension, improves blood flow, eases stress and encourages harmony of body and mind.
