This destination wedding or vow renewal, allows couples to customize their celebration, reflecting their personal style and taste. Due to the nature of catering for a personalized event, minimum requirements apply to food and beverage selections as well as guest room nights. All attendees must be registered guests of Atlantis or Harborside Resort.

Whether you envision a celebration that is non-traditional and casual or elegant and formal, Atlantis offers an array of venues to make your event memorable from start to finish. Pledge your vow to each other while you are barefoot on the beach, get married as the sun rises or declare your love in a lush tropical setting. All ceremony venues have a $3000.00 site fee which includes the location for 90 minutes, cold towels, the set up of the venue, seating for guests and a water station.

Food & Beverage Minimum: There is a required $150.00 per person Food & Beverage minimum spend, not including 15% gratuity. The minimum spend may not be applied to more than 2 events within the period the wedding couple is registered. Dining plans are not applicable to groups/weddings.

Resort Room Night Minimum: Guest room requirements must exceed 10 guest rooms for a minimum of 3 nights per room.

This traditional, intimate package includes an elegant wedding ceremony with a two-tier wedding cake and champagne reception. For an additional cost, you may choose to upgrade your wedding package by selecting from a variety of additional features and services.

Food & Beverage Minimum: Parties of up to 20 can dine in a gourmet restaurant with pre-selected menu.

Resort Room Night Minimum: 9 rooms or less with a minimum stay of 3 nights per room.

Champagne Reception: This features a two-tier wedding cake and 1 bottle of Moet Chandon champagne serving a total of 4 guests as part of the package. For additional guests, elements are available at an additional cost (maximum of 20 guests)

Package Restrictions
• Package components may be subject to availability, seasonality, and/or hours of operation. All prices and other terms are subject to change without notice.
• The champagne reception includes 1 bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne serving a total of 4 guests as part of the package. For additional guests (maximum of 20 people) additional elements are available at an additional charge.
• Unused portions of the packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Bahamian Marriage License Requirements
Bahamian Law states that a couple must be resident in The Bahamas for 48 hours prior to the date of their application. A Bahamian-issued marriage license is valid for 90 days. The Office of the Registrar General is located in the Rodney Bain Building on Parliament and Shirley Street in downtown Nassau, which is open to the public Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and during U.S. and Bahamian Public Holidays.

You may write the Registrar General prior to your arrival at P.O. Box H-5553, Nassau, Bahamas, or fax to 242-322-5553. Your Personal Wedding Coordinator can also assist you with this.

• Minors under 18 years of age must have written parental consent. Consent forms can be obtained from the Registrar General's office.
• Divorced persons must produce an original final divorce decree or a certified copy with a raised or colored seal. European residents must produce the same document in their native language along with a translated, certified or notarized copy in English.
• Widowed persons must produce a death certificate of the deceased spouse.
• Unmarried U.S. citizens or residents must complete a sworn declaration before a Bahamian Notary Public or a U.S. Consul at the American Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas for a fee of $55. Please note, the U.S. Embassy is closed on American and Bahamian holidays.
• Unmarried citizens or residents of countries other than the U.S. must furnish a sworn declaration before a Notary Public or other person authorized to administer oaths in their country and this document must accompany the marriage license application. A declaration may also be obtained at a Notary Public in Nassau.
• A government issued photo identification from the country of residence is required. A passport is required for persons who are residents of a Commonwealth country. No blood test is necessary.
• Evidence of the arrival date to The Bahamas must be produced. (i.e., airline ticket or immigration card).
• The fee for a marriage license is $120.00.
