Enjoying the exquisite creations of a world-class chef is one of life's great pleasures. Atlantis offers several fine dining options, ranging from traditional French cuisine to Asian fusion. Guests can enjoy a different gourmet experience each evening of their stay, or return to their favorites to sample other menu options.
Dinner reservations are required for all gourmet restaurants. Guests are encouraged to make dinner reservations prior to arrival (reservations can be made within 45 days of arrival), or make dinner reservations for your entire stay the day of your arrival. To avoid the $50 per person "no-show" fee, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to actual dining time. Jackets are required.

Seafire Steakhouse Marina Waterfront
Dine in a modern steakhouse ambiance where rich, smoked, seared and grilled flavors of succulent fare await your discovery. Mosaic Cove Tower
A fresh concept in custom-made cuisine, this Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features action cooking stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to churrasco. Designed by Jeffrey Beers, this restaurant changes from day to evening utilizing light to play off the polished chrome, wenge wood, and limestone. Mosaic is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Water's Edge Coral Towers
