Airport/Atlantis Transportation: Roundtrip airport transportation to and from the Atlantis Resort are optional items that can be added to your resort package for $26 per adult roundtrip, $14 children under age 12. Cab service is also available on demand at approx. $50 each way. Limo service is available for $150 each way and can be arranged by contacting us. Driving time from airport to the Atlantis Resort is approx 25 minutes.

Is Atlantis an all-inclusive resort? No, the Atlantis is not an all-inclusive resort. Waterslides and attractions
are included for guests, but meals/drinks and other activities normally associated with all-inclusive resorts do have additional cost. The Atlantis does provide guests optional prepaid dining plans designed to lower overall dining costs.
Are the Waterslides free of charge? Waterslides, pools, and beaches are free of charge for all guests of the Atlantis.
Off Property Excursions: Paradise Island and
Nassau Bahamas offer a variety of off-property excusions including
swim with the dolphins, diving/snorkeling cruises, deap sea
fishing, and more.

Atlantis Resort Internal Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle service is offered to facilities around Atlantis,
nearby shopping center, and the Ocean Club.
Passport Requirements: Effective January 23, 2007, passports are now required for persons of all ages, including U.S. citizens, returning to the U.S. from ALL international destinations. Birth certificates with photo ID are no longer acceptable in such cases as the Bahamas, Mexico, and Canada. The New passport regulations does not apply to U.S. citizens returning directly from U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Travel Insurance: Most Atlantis packages offer the option of travel insurance. You can also
protection thru DML Vacations.
Drinking Water: The Atlantis is a modern resort with sophisticated facilities. The water is generally safe to drink as most people do well with the water. However, quality bottled water is available for sale throughout the hotel and nearby grocery stores.
Occupancy age requirements: Occupants of Atlantis Paradise Island must be
18 years of age or be accompanied by at least one adult age 18
or older. Occupants under 18 are permitted to have their own room however the accompanying adult is required to reside in the same tower. The Atlantis will guarantee requested adjoining rooms in situations when children under 18 are involved.
Tipping and Gratuities: Resort packages already include the 12% tax which includes taxes, fees, gratuities for the hotel services, and the energy surcharge. Any extra services that you may purchase such as meals will have a 15% gratuity automatically included within the bill.
Internet Access: Wireless service is available in many of the lobbies, lounge areas, and pool decks.
Rooms have both wired and wireless options. A flat fee of $19.95
will apply allowing you up to 24 hours of service. Complimentary
internet access is available up to 15 minutes per day per person
within the Coral Towers Library.
Business Center: Located within Conference Center, provides worldwide fax and telecommunications services, self-serve computer rentals, laser and ink jet printers, a laptop docking station, Internet connection, stationery sales and photocopying. Also offered: graphic design and typesetting services, meeting or conference signage, temporary staffing and a temporary office.
Babysitting: In-room babysitting services
are available. All babysitters are CPR-certified. A maximum of
four children are allowed per sitter, there is a three hour
minimum requirement and cancellations must be received at least
three hours in advance. Guests calling in advance to book
babysitting may do so one week prior to travel at 242-363-3000.

Cribs: Crib requests at Atlantis come complete with a "Gentle Travel" kit including Dr. Trachtenberg’s baby routine tips, products from some of JOHNSON’S® favorite product lines, a lullaby CD and a specially chosen nightlight to bring a calming environment to baby's nighttime experience.
Stroller Rentals: Available for $20 per day. A $250 refundable security deposit will be required.
Handicap Accommodations: Beachtower Waterview Rooms (6), Coral Towers Terrace Rooms (4), Royal Towers Terrace Rooms (12).
The Atlantis has an equipped shuttle bus designed to transport handicap guests to and from the airport. The handicap shuttle is a private transfer that can accommodate up to 8 guests and it must be booked in advance during the vacation booking process - roundtrip cost is $250. Call us for more details.
Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter Rentals: Should you require mobility assistance during your stay, you may arrange for a rental
in advance. Day rates start at $20 per day for wheel chairs and $45 per day for scooters/motorized.

What are the dress requirements to eat at the various restaurants? There are many different types of restaurants at the Atlantis for all different budget levels and taste. Most restaurants are casual and jackets are not required in any of the restaurants.
When is the cheapest time to book the Atlantis hotel? Is there an off season? The Atlantis off-peak seasons are September- December before Christmas. January-April is peak season. May-August is semi-peak season. Holiday periods such as Christmas/New Years, Thanksgiving, Presidents week, Easter week, Spring break should be booked well in advance.
What are the casino hours and age requirements? The Casino is a 24-hour casino and you must be 18 to participate. All ages are permitted to enter and walk through the casino since it connects Royal Towers and Coral Towers.
Kosher & Dietary Needs: The Atlantis offers dining options that cater to special dietary needs. Guests who require special attention to their diets should provide the Chef’s Office with full details for special requests at least two weeks prior to arrival. On arrival, a culinary executive will arrange the times and locations for requested meals. Meals will be carefully prepared concerning food allergies or dietary restrictions.
